Dancing with the Stars: Season 22 Week 8 | Neena & Ruby

Hi, guys! Today we have our thoughts on week 8 of Dancing with the Stars. For this week, they had the couple dances and then the judges team-up dances. We hope you enjoy!

Nyle & Peta:
They decided to do the Paso Doble to the song “Victorious” by Panic! at the Disco. We loved it! We love how they included a few minutes of silence to show how Nyle experiences the dancing. It was amazing! The final score was 29/30. Nyle and Peta deserved a perfect score.

Antonio & Sharna:
They decided to do a Viennese Waltz to “Love on the Brain” by Rihanna. We loved Sharna’s dress. She looked so beautiful. The dance was definitely romantic. The final score was 27/30.

Jodie & Keo:
Jodie and Keo picked the Jive. The song was “Something’s Got a Hold on Me” by Etta James. We loved the song. The costumes went well with the dance. They decided to go for like Church type scene. It was amazing. The final score was a 30/30 which we were very happy about.
Paige & Mark:
Paige and Mark decided to do a Viennese Waltz to the song “Stone Cold” by Demi Lovato. We felt the dance was “robotic”. The final score was 28/30.

Ginger & Val:
Ginger and Val decided to do the Argentine Tango to “Telephone” by Martynas Levickis. The costumes went really well with the dance they chose. We loved Ginger’s dress. It was amazing. The final score was 30/30.

Wanya & Lindsay:
Wanya and Lindsay decided to do the Jive to the song “Can You Do This” by Aloe Blacc. The whole western concept went well with the type of dance. In the middle of the dance, Lindsay didn’t pick up her bandanna so Wanya slipped on the bandanna. Luckily, he regained his balance and didn’t fall. The final score was 25/30.

Team Bruno (Nyle & Peta and Jodie & Keo):
Bruno decided to have his team do the Argentine Tango to the song “Habanera” by Georges Bizet. Bruno wanted to the girls to dance together and the boys dance together. We have to admit we loved the same sex dance together concept. The final score was 29/30. Oh come on, America.

Team Len: (Ginger & Val and Wanya & Lindsay):
The concept that Len decided to go with was the Caribbean. The dance that Len picked was the Samba. The song was “Jump in the Line (Shake, Senora)” by Harry Belafonte. The backdrop and costumes were amazing. We love how they got the fake water. Including Len in the dance was such a great thing. We loved it! The dancers also put in a special move of Len’s. The final score was 29/30. Again, America? Really?

Team Carrie Ann (Antonio & Sharna and Paige & Mark):
The dance that Carrie Ann’s team picked was the Paso Doble to the song “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” by Lorde. We love how they got fog, powder, and water. We felt like the dance was kind of a nature concept. It was amazing!! The final score was 29/30. America is seriously the toughest judge of all.

Jodie & Keo, Wanya & Lindsay, and Antonio & Sharna were in jeopardy. Antonio and Sharna were called safe. Wanya and Lindsay were the last to be called safe. Jodie and Keo were eliminated.

That’s all, guys! We’ll see you guys later!

Ruby and Neena
